Since times past the Pré Saint Didier thermal springs have always been famous for the relaxing properties of their waters, thanks to which it is possible to ease the body and soothe the mind. The hot springs of Pré Saint Didier were already known to the Romans and can boast 1000 years of history. Pré Saint Didier Spa is a unique treasure in the heart of Aosta Valley, a timeless place that adds a new meaning to the concept of spa, well-being and spiritual rebirth, by drawing on the wisdom and the traditions of the old Roman baths.

Opened in 1838, today the thermal centre of Pré Saint Didier offers a total wellness experience for the body and the mind. Thanks to major restoration works which maintained the original XIXth century architectural structure, the noble elegance of the building has now been enhanced. This, together with the use of new technologies, will offer you the chance to live a magical experience. Unique sensations in a timeless place where you can choose to spend a few hours in a state of pure pleasure or even an entire day to experience a whole new level of relaxation, either by yourself or with your dearest ones.

Our wellbeing experience boasts over 40 different thermal treatments including hydro massage pools with different intensity, relaxing pools with thermal water, outdoor Jacuzzis, pools with underwater music therapy, invigorating waterfalls, foot reflexology, theme saunas, aromatized Turkish baths, mud treatment area, relaxation rooms with chromo therapy and aromatherapy, traditional wooden stübe, panoramic relaxation rooms and much more. An underground chromatic corridor links the XIXth century building of the Spa to the building of the Old Casino which today offers innovative thermal treatments as well as a mud treatment area.

The magical ambience of the indoor baths will take you directly to the outdoor pools which are surrounded by a wonderful solarium-garden where you will be able to sunbathe whilst enjoying the breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. Two characteristic wooden saunas with panoramic view complete the offer of the garden. The outdoor pools have ledges for sunbathing whilst various parts of the body receive gentle and energetic massages or simply relax.

During your day at the spa, the Master of Well-being will give you the chance to try out different relaxation techniques, exercises and specific treatments for your body, including aromatised beauty masks and body scrubs, both inside the saunas and the steam bath. One of the towers of the buildingis dedicated to the massage area. Here you will have the chance to choose among traditional, anti-stress or anti-fatigue massages, as well as lumbo-cervical treatments, lymphatic drainages, hot stone massages, facial massages and much more. Comfortable panoramic rooms in order to reach a deeper level of relaxation.

Forget about the stresses of everyday life, restore your energy in a setting of bygone times, indulge yourself in the warm waters of Pré-Saint-Didier and let yourself be pampered by regenerating hydro massages, in order to regain a total remise en forme.
